Health awareness, protection orientation and skills training for displaced families and returnees in Syria.
Why this response exists
Years of conflict and displacement have left families without stable services or income. Governorates, access permissions and partner arrangements need to be confirmed.

What the programme aims to achieve
- Improve access to health information and basic care referral for displaced families.
- Support psychosocial recovery for children and caregivers.
- Create realistic pathways back to income through skills training.
What we actually do
- Health and hygiene awareness sessions for households and schools.
- Child-friendly psychosocial activities and caregiver support groups.
- Protection and legal-rights orientation, including documentation guidance.
- Vocational training linked to locally available work.

Protection standards for this programme
Safeguarding is a condition of every activity, not an add-on.
- Activities with children follow written consent and supervision rules.
- No identifying photographs or stories are published without informed consent.
- Concerns escalate to the named safeguarding lead within agreed timeframes.
